Who we are

Revive Painting LLC (“Revive Painting”, “we”) is a residential and commercial painting contractor serving the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill Triangle in North Carolina. You can reach us at info@revivepaintingllc.com or (919) 454-6103.

What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and the address of the property
• Details you give us about the project, including any photos you choose to upload
• How you found us — including referral source and, where applicable, marketing campaign parameters in the link you arrived through
• Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Any payment is handled by a third-party payment processor.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your estimate
• To contact you about your project and schedule work
• To provide the services you engage us for
• To keep records required for our business and legal obligations
• To improve our website and understand which marketing works

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, the consent language you agree to is:

Project-related emails are sent because you engaged us. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and honouring it stops future marketing email.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example email delivery, text messaging, scheduling and payment processing — and only as needed to do their job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
